Asbestos Inspection
Required for structures built before 1980. National average: $250–$800 (2026 data). Inspection cost based on structure size and your asbestos status selection.
Asbestos Abatement
Only if RACM found. 2026 costs: $5–$20/sq ft interior, $50–$150/sq ft exterior (roofing). Pipe insulation: $35–$100/linear ft. Popcorn ceiling: $3–$8/sq ft.
Utility Disconnection
